Is the collection plant based?

Yes. Our four products are plant based. Each product has its own ingredient list, which you can explore above or in its product details.

Which products are gluten-free?

Almond Snaps, Fudge Brownie and Brownie Brittle are gluten-free. Double Choco Chip Cookies contain khapli whole wheat and gluten. Brownie Brittle is made with oat flour. Please discuss allergens and kitchen cross-contact with us before ordering for a dietary requirement.

Can I personalise a gift or place a bulk enquiry?

Choose one favourite, a pair, or all four in the gift builder. Add your quantity, occasion and preferences to the enquiry. We’ll confirm packaging, personalisation, delivery and the final quote.

How do ordering, storage and delivery work?

Shortlist your products and send your enquiry on WhatsApp. Availability, delivery charges and payment details are confirmed before an order is placed. The cookie label states best before 21 days from manufacture, stored in a cool, dry place. Ask us for current storage and shelf-life instructions for the other products.

A LITTLE CLARITY

Refund &
Replacement Policy

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns for a change of mind or personal taste preferences.
Incorrect, missing, damaged or spoiled products qualify for a refund of the affected items, or a replacement with your agreement.
The Home Baker will assess damage claims fairly, based on the photographs, packaging condition and order details provided.
Please report issues within 24 hours of delivery, with your order details and clear photographs. Photographs are compulsory.
If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the unfulfilled portion. Full-order refunds include delivery charges.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5 working days, normally through the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time.
Minor artisanal variations and deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery do not qualify for refunds.
